Entry 76B-136620-07-NSH, Accompanying Digital Elements
A Curtain Call
Jive! participates annually in the Nashville Scene’s Best of Nashville Reader’s Poll. Each business vying for this recognition must compel their customer base to vote online. The contest carries a theme each year which we adopt.
This year’s theme was cinema. (Seen to the right, as-issued.) Our approach was to fully embrace this and apply it at multiple touchpoints. Our campaign included various print materials: a “movie ticket” reminder in every order, mini-posters, stickers worn by staff each day, table tents encouraging votes for both ourselves and our peers, and internal reminder labels applied to common staff areas like the phones, counter edges, and even the microwave door!
Complimenting digital pieces included multiple Social Media ads, email marketing, displays on our flat screens, hallway banner, a massive on-screen music festival ad, and followup “thank you” promotion messaged through print ads and a cheeky viral video. Our onsite presence at the announcement event included a display utilizing our wrapped vehicle and props including a crate of seven award statues (representing each winning year so far).
Throughout, we kept consistent brand confidence, inclusion and suggestions of votes for partners/peers, and humble appreciation for the votes we received. This was our most coordinated effort for mobilizing our clients yet, and kept us on top of a competitive contest in a crowded category of print vendors. We used this campaign to launch a new ongoing element in our branding arsenal, creating a lasting impact. (Crest logo to the right.)
The digital items in this entry accompany printed materials submitted, as described in the narrative above.
