Role Overview


Represent the company as first-touch interaction at our front counter and through incoming communications. Conduct efficient and proactive, professional contacts with customers via phone and email throughout all stages of relationshp. Create job estimates and oversee client orders from placement to production to completion/delivery.

Background


Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills a must. Prior experience in print industry preferred. Exposure to print estimating, design, pre-press, production and delivery will make a candidate stand out from the crowd.

Top candidates will be professional, courteous, and charismatic, with an upbeat and positive “vibe” which reinforces our refreshing approach to the print business. Promptness is critical, as this position will open the studio each day, at 8:30am, and work a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day. Benefits include group health options, fitness center, company-paid downtown parking, and vacation options. Position is hourly, with a pay range of $15-18/hr, depending on experience.
